NativeKraal is an on-demand platform that facilitates the supply and delivery of livestock, and wholesale meats. It is constructed on three strategic pylons. First, it is a vehicle that aggregates a national network of livestock producers (or micro-kraals) as well as a web of wholesale meat vendors, synchronizing them into a market that stretches from farm to customers across the nation. Second, it partners with aggregator associates to access a critical mass of transaction-ready buyers of livestock and/or bulk meat, driven by cultural events. The third peculiarity of the NativeKraal is that it is undergirded by a technological solution that uses algorithm to intermediate between buyers and sellers.

The online system is accessible through user-specific applications (“the apps”), which are configured for buyers or sellers and that match orders to product offerings, in real-time, whilst providing the requisite transactional protocols for online fulfillment, delivery services and order tracking, inter alia.

Whereas the primary target market of the NativeKraal is to aggregate the supply of livestock and meats for cultural and ceremonial functions, there are added growth opportunities being explored for implementation in the short-to-medium term.
